I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and can also be found listed on Psychology Today.

I work within an Ethical and Professional Framework and have regular professional Supervision.

I have worked closely with external agencies as part of my clinical practice, these include Social Services, Mental Health Professionals, Health Professionals and working with Families.

I am qualified in telephone counselling, working online using Zoom and via text.

Walking & Talking Sessions

Not all clients feel comfortable talking in a counselling room, some appreciate being outside and connecting with nature and fresh air. My Walking & Talking sessions take place in a calming outside environment, which offers the client a space to feel relaxed and mindful. Dogs are also welcome!
